About Us:
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for teachers within the Brighton area to provide 1:1 tuition to pupils who are currently not in education or are struggling with persistent absence.

Our main goal is to help these pupils gain confidence in returning to a school setting and to ensure they do not fall behind in the curriculum.

Teachers with experience in** secondary** aged pupils are welcome due to our high demands from all areas.

1:1 tuition can vary from 1 to 15 hours depending on the pupils needs. You are able to accept as little or as much work as you like to cater for both part time and full time hours.

**The role:
Planning and providing programmes specific to the individuals learning path
- Working within the home environment
- Altering your approach towards pupils to allow them to work at their own pace

**What you’ll need to succeed:
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent
- Passionate, patient and high levels of enthusiasm
- Experience working withsecondary pupils
- A valid, enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
