An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Implementation Support Officer to join our EPMA deployment team in Dorset, home of the Jurassic coast.

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dynamic people to join the project team undertaking the deployment of our new Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) system to our community and mental health inpatient wards in Dorset HealthCare NHS Trust. We are looking for an individual who will bring their passion for improving patient care into the world of digital medicines management.

Joining the team will offer you rewarding work as you will experience the growth and development of current practices by introducing a sophisticated electronic medicines management system.
- To provide support and coaching in the use of EPMA during implementation and following Go Live, for Pharmacy, Medical, Nursing and other healthcare professionals.
- To assist in the deployment of medicines and pharmacy technology in line with Trust strategy, and national guidance, e.g. electronic drug cupboards/trollies.
- To support the best use of Information Technology.
- Help to problem solve, and to direct and cascade enquiries/issues/outcomes in relation to the EPMA system.
- To embed the use of and the benefits of dashboards, created to help prioritise patient care.

This is a part-time post, 30 hours per week, job share and flexible working considered.
