As Housekeeper you are responsible for ensuring that our guests’ requirements and needs are continuously met delivering the highest levels of customer service and quality.
- Checking for faults or damages in rooms and overall building and reporting to Management team.
- Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges as well as guest rooms
- Distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand
- Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, mini bar as per specs of individual room standards
- Replace dirty linens with clean items
- Inspect and turn mattresses regularly
- Store all dirty laundry in line with company policy and arrange pick-up and delivery of linens with laundry supplier
- Respond to guest queries and request
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
- Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms

**As Housekeeper you**:

- Have a passion for delivering highest levels of customer satisfaction & cleanliness
- Have a desire to work in the hospitality industry
- Are confident and have excellent communication skills with a friendly/caring personality
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
