**The Role**

Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic individuals to carry out work for one of our clients. This will be on a central London based brand new, high end housing estate so the highest levels of service are required at all times. The individuals must beable to work as part of a team and use own initiative, delivering a full range cleaning service, ensuring the service is continuously improved, and the cleaning specification met and exceeded.

Hours will be 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday and this will be a one month temporary position.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as hallways, staircases and window-sills, as well as courtyards, paths, carparks and bin stores etc. as per the required Contract specification.
- Vacuuming, dusting, litter-picking all sites.
- Sweeping and mopping hard surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Routinely clean internal white goods where appropriate.
- Taking images of completed work when asked.
- Recording presence using the sign in sheets as well as our online system.
- Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas to Management.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to the Toolbox Talks and COSHH training (training given).

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills
- This job will involve heavy lifting and moving of large bins, a good level of physical fitness will be required.
- The ability to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative
- Some cleaning experience would be preferred
