**For our Bank Support Worker roles we offer **£10.90 - £11.20 **per hour.**

**Care experience is NOT necessary, we can work with colleagues over the age of 18’s.**

**What is involved?**

You’ll support people with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health. You’ll support people to flourish in a place they call home. We support people to be ambitious and live a filled life.

**Shift times**:Our shift patterns start at 09.00am - 21.00pm 12hr shifts and also consist of Sleep ins

**Getting creative**

Our approach is all about activities and co-production with the people we support. It might be cooking one day and gardening the next. Or creating some art or listening to music. We like to get out and about too
- with movie nights at the cinema, food outings, or shopping and a coffee. There are sports fans who you’d take to bowling or to watch a team.

There is of course practical support too and helping people to reach their goals in smaller ways. You’d manage medication, shopping, health needs and hygiene as well as keep things tidy and safe.
