Sr. SEO Executive

Let's Drive Digital are a digital agency with a focus on SEO, Hubspot and PIM. We are looking for an entry-level digital marketer to be our first hire. You will join the director and founder in the SEO department of the business, providing our SEO services to clients. Initially this will be a part time role at two days per week, but there will be a full time opportunity in the near future if you want it.

We are looking for someone with clear SEO experience, a strong technical SEO background and a track record of growing search volume and impressions using clear, data-defined strategies. The purpose of the role will initially be to support with the work we already have, with a goal to upskilling you into a more senior managerial role as we take on more people.

**Your role**

You will be part of a small team and will be our first hire. You'll have close interaction with and will be working across multiple brands within our client portfolio. This won't necessarily be a client-facing role, but you may need to occasionally attend client meetings (remotely). Our SEO executive role will be imperative in delivering client success and you will support the director in delivering SEO strategies and supporting client growth. You'll be working with top e-commerce and lead generation brands, including telecoms, gifting, clothing, retail and more

**About you**
- At least 2 years of SEO experience working in a similar role, preferably in agency environment
- Experience in executing technical SEO deliverables to an exceptionally high standard. You won't necessarily need to be a content writer, but an understanding of the complete SEO strategy including content and link building is very important
- The ability to carry out high-level keyword research for a client, identify opportunities for keyword research and growth and carry them out accordingly
- Experience of working with SEMRush, Google Analytics AND GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, etc
- A Screaming Frog expert (crawler and logfile analyser)
- Experience working within a wider team
- Experience of speaking with and dealing with clients

**What we expect of you**
- Deliver SEO strategies that drive growth for our client across different sectors
- Identify opportunities for growth across client accounts
- Creating and sending client reports as and when they're expected
- Delivering quality work to clients which meet their expectations and objectives
- Carrying out high-level SEO analysis including keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink audit, etc
- On-page SEO execution relating to client strategy
- Ensuring our SEO SOPs and processes are followed to the highest standards at all times
- Regular monitoring and analysis of client performance and reporting your findings to the director
- Evolution of our SOPs and documentation where appropriate

Note: This role is fully remote, so you'll be required to have a home office/quiet place in which to take video calls from colleagues and clients with no distractions.
