**Overview**
We are a private Fertility and IVF Clinic in the heart of Epsom Town Centre seeking a highly motivated professional to join our fast paced Administrative team, the role will include reception and credit control duties. Experience in these areas is essential.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Provides excellent customer service and patient care in delivering reception team / administrative duties including ongoing appointment bookings, taking payments, responding to patient enquiries by telephone or at the reception desk.
- Provides a friendly and professional first point of contact to all incoming calls and to visitors to the clinic.
- Provides support to the Doctors e.g. managing appointments, scanning documents, sending letters and reports.
- Prepare patient medical records in electronic format.
- Raise invoices, takes payment and send patient prescriptions.
- Respond effectively to any concern or complaint raised by a patient and refer to a manager as appropriate.
- Follow all clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensuring patient waiting areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Cleaning and stocking up coffee machines.
- Ad hoc clerical and administrative duties to support the team, the Managers and the Consultants.
- Maintains an efficient and accurate credit control process.
- Taking and chasing payments.
- Liaise with Debt Collection Agency for patient debt collection process.

- Credit control experience
- Excellent accuracy & attention to detail
- Demonstrates discretion and accuracy in handling sensitive / confidential patient information
- Competent computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office and excel spreadsheets

**Further Information**:

- This is a full time position Monday - Friday
- Hours of 8am-5pm
- Position starting at the beginning of November
- Newlife has free car parking for staff and patients on site.
- Pension Scheme automatic enrollment (unless opting out).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
