**What You'll Do**
- Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to truly understand your clients’ needs.
- Provide meaningful support via telephone and video, impacting a wide range of client issues.
- Keep your skills sharp with continuous professional development.
- Manage a small, but dynamic, caseload of clients, ensuring quality over quantity.

**Who You Are**
- You hold a Level 4 Counselling qualification and have at least 150 supervised hours.
- You’ve got 12 months of experience and are comfortable working via telephone or video.
- Your IT skills are strong, and you thrive in a solution-focused environment.
- You're registered (or equivalent) and ready to make a real difference.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Are you registered with the BACP or equivalent
- At least 150 hours of supervised counselling

**Experience**:

- Post Qualification Counselling: 1 year (required)
