We are looking for an Administrator to support our team, produce outcome letters, following the outpatient Clinics for the Community Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Team.
This role will be Fixed Term for 12 months - 30 hours per week. The role may be available permanently in the future.
Audio Typing experience is preferable but experience typing letters is essential.
The main duties of this role are Audio Typing, liaising with Clinicians to ensure letters are approved, before sending letters through the Docman system.
The post holder will be expected to liaise with GPs, Consultants and other agencies responding to queries appropriately ensuring confidentiality. Good communication skills are essential.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain and prioritise work is essential. You will be required to undertake any administrative duties as directed by the Administration Hub Manager and Team Manager.

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
