**Deputy Houseparent - Junior Boarding House**
**Full time, residential, term time only (35 weeks)**
**Required from September 2025**
**Hours of work: 53 hours per week over 35 weeks per year plus up to 4 overnights over 34 weeks per year.**
**Salary: DHP salary scale (£39,847 - £43,204 per annum FTE). Actual salary between £26,820 and £29,079 per annum plus holiday pay. An additional allowance for overnight duties of circa £4,000 per annum will also be payable.**
Working within a team to care for and look after up to 70 pupils either in a Junior House (11 to 16 age range) or Sixth Form House (16 to 18 age range); assisting the Houseparent in the smooth running of the house, in accordance with the College aims and guidelines; deputising for the Houseparent when required.
