Working within our Marketing and E-Commerce team and reporting to our group head of marketing, you will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy CCL Components across multiple channels. This role will include working with on and offline marketing campaigns to target our specific customer groups mainly within the B2B market.

**Your Role as Marketing Executive**:

- Following and developing the current marketing strategy
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from implementation to execution
- Supporting and managing Exhibitions/Events
- Developing campaigns to increase delegate acquisition for events.
- Social Media Management
- Developing content & collateral for our in-house sales team
- Managing the UK Marketing Budget
- Working with suppliers to build co-marketing campaigns
- Keeping up to date with changes in the digital trends and developments
- Reviewing competitor activity
- Monitoring and reporting marketing performance on and offline
- UK/European Travel may be required

**Required qualifications**

**Required experience and skills**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital or general marketing role, preferably within B2B
- Excellent written skills
- Experience of planning and coordinating campaigns.
- Experience managing website content, online advertising social media channels and marketing automation systems.
- Experience in writing marketing briefs and developing great and visual content
- Basic design skills incl. Photoshop, InDesign, and Basic Video editing skills.
- Experience in the Power or Renewable Energy Industry would be advantageous but not required
