**Opportunity**:
**We have a fantastic opportunity within our Energy / Water business for an Senior Environmental Advisor to join our long established Energy team**

You will be required to support in our pathway to net zero 2030 ensuring low carbon options are made as part of our tender responses.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in measuring project carbon and identification of carbon reduction opportunities and best practice.
- Previous experience of supporting work winning activity, including participating in bid workshops, solution / innovation development and preparation of draft answers and evidence to demonstrate company capability.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance with environmental legislation and of ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems and its implementation.

**Responsibilities**:
As a senior environmental advisor you will be required to
- identify environmental risk and promote best practice solutions
- contribute to pre-contract and work-winning
- support the continuous improvement to environmental performance
- provide technical support and advice to the project teams
- undertake environmental monitoring, audit and investigations
- deliver training and mentoring
