**The Role**

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for making sure the premises are maintained to a high standard in line with standards set by the business development team. You’ll carry out repairs and upgrades to each property. You’ll be confident doing basic electrical and appliance checks. Ensuring faults are reported and actioned promptly. We’ll also expect you to keep the venue looking well kept and carry out general redecoration work as directed.

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone to proactively identify problems on Site and pre-empt any requests where possible liaising with the head office team to complete tasks.

We are looking for someone to maintain the buildings ensuring they are clean and safe.

We are looking for someone to liaise with contractors when tasks are outside of internal scope ensuring work is completed to standard and cost effectively.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of the Site Maintenance Schedule ensuring regular tasks and seasonal maintenance is completed to plan, i.e. redecorate, moving furniture, unblocking toilets, general repairs etc.

**Experience and Knowledge**

General DIY experience is essential

Experience in plumbing and electrics would be highly desired

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary based on experience - this can either be a self employed role or a PAYE role.
