**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
