- We are looking for a Packaged Gases (PG) Supervisor, to join our operations team based in Didcot. You will report to the PG Depot Controller and you will be responsible for Supervision of the production of PG and Helium plant operations - Dewars, Helium Tube Trailers, Bulk Container Management and Scheduling.
- You will also provide hands on supervision for the filling and loading of cylinder products from the location such that all operations are carried out in accordance with Company Operating, Quality and Safety procedures and standards and that customer requirements are fully met.

- 6/2 Mon-Thurs - 6/1 Fri
- 1.30 /9.30 Mon-Thurs 12.30/ 7.30 Fri**As the PG Supervisor you will**:

- Allocate work to PG / Helium operators and ensure daily targets are met.
- Motivate and lead PG / Helium operators to ensure that customer expectations and service targets are consistently achieved.
- Extract and print loading and transport documentation
- Ensure proper and accurate truck loading
- Complete the download to PDT,s
- Carry out completed load checks for accuracy.
- Assist in carrying out load checks to vehicles returning to depot to ensure data accuracy
- Ensure cylinders and Dewars for filling undergo prefill checks and any that fail are reported and documented
- Ensure that cylinders Dewars to be maintained are dispatched to the maintenance facility on a regular basis / Maintain upon the Facility with Contractors
- Ensure all PG / Helium operators comply with safety prcedures
- Report all incidents/near miss
- Take immediate actions in case of emergency and report immediately to the depot controller / Manager
- Complete all required BSP tasks assossiated with position.
- Raise Safety Work Permits as required and supervise 3rd Party Work
- Ensure compliance with ISO system
- Carry out all Q.C. checks as required by procedure and release product that passes.
- Raise Quality incident reports(QIR) for any filled product that fails analysis.
- ensure compliance with CCR cylinder returns procedure

**You will have**:

- A positive and energetic attitude towards work
- Experience in a Supervisory/ team leader type Capacity
- An Excellent attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good Communication and Motivational skills
- Fully Conversant with PC Based Computing Softwares
