Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced **Groundworker** to join an ongoing long-term project in **Poole**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out all aspects of groundworks including **foundations, drainage, concreting, kerbing, paving, and ducting**.
- Prepare and level ground for **footings, slabs, and drainage runs**.
- Assist with general site duties and ensure work areas are kept clean and organised.
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Follow all **health and safety procedures** and maintain high standards of workmanship.

**Key Requirements**:

- Valid **CSCS Card**.
- Proven **groundworks experience**, particularly with **foundations and drainage**.
- Must hold a **full UK driving licence** and have reliable transport.
- Strong understanding of site safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
