**3.5T Multi-drop Delivery Driver (Nights) - Davin Foods**

**Location: Barking, Essex**

**Salary: £28,000 Per Annum.**

**Core Hours: 45 Hours per week **(Sunday to Thursday - 5 nights)

**Working Hours: 20:00 to 04:00**

At Davin Foods we supply the top five* hotels in London and the Home Counties, Event Caterers, and are a key supplier to the Sports and Leisure industry supplying to major sporting events and stadiums, with freshly prepared fruit & vegetables.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Night Van Driver to operate from our operation in Barking. Part of your duties will include making deliveries in Kent, Guildford & London areas and then collect from both Heathrow and New Covent Garden market. You will need to be able to drive a counterbalance forklift as you will be loading / unloading and putting stock away at the end of the shift.

**As a 3.5T Driver your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- To provide an efficient, friendly service to create and maintain a client-driven environment and ensure that all queries are dealt with efficiently and politely.
- Responsible for the security of the Company property and customer access keys.
- Minimise additional costs, by efficient product handling and accurate picking.
- Maintain the security of the customers’ premises during and after entering the premises.
- Communicate all product/invoice discrepancies to the Company.
- Complete and return of all Company and customer paperwork to the required standard.
- Adhere with Company Policy in relation to personal hygiene, personal presentation, health and safety and housekeeping.
- Maintaining Company Security policy, ensuring that any suspicious incidents are reported to Senior Management.

**Requirements of the 3.5Tonne Driver**:

- Previous multi-drop delivery experience. (Desirable)
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence and no more than six points on licence.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking skills and customer focus.
