Cafe Manager

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Cafe Manager on behalf of our client, a busy supermarket based in the Strabane area.
We have an exciting new café manager vacancy based in the national supermarket chain. This will be a full-time permanent position with an annual salary of £24,000pa
We are looking to get a capable catering manager placed into the role ASAP.
Ideal role for individuals with previous catering/management experience that will oversee and drive the ongoing success of the on-site café.
- **Working Hours**_
- Working Hours are 5 days out of 7 including weekends, 40 hours per week
- Shift timings will fall within 8am and 6pm
- **Job Role**_
- To ensure all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services and any general support services are carried out with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Supervision of team members is a key aspect of the role, as is allocating their time accordingly.
- You'll be responsible for managing the team day to day and ensuring that all duties are completed to the highest possible standard.
- **Essential Criteria**_
- 1 Year of experience leading, motivating, and supervising a team within a catering environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, able to use initiative
- Ability to comply with legislation and ability to implement and follow protocols
- Flexible attitude to embrace change.
- Able to work in a busy environment and deliver excellent standards
- Good command of English to be able to liaise with customers & colleagues
