We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Environmental Social Governance Co-ordinator to join us on a part time basis (2 days a week at circa 15 hours). This role can be based fully remotely.
Reporting directly to the Head of Central Operations, the ESG Co-ordinator will support the development of all TOFS Sustainability reports, aligning the company’s project deadlines and supporting on materials development and goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sourcing information from the Departmental stakeholder, to support the development for TOFS sustainability materials
- Building and maintaining all the Sustainability deliverables for TOFS
- Working closely across all department teams to improve internal and external processes - in particular: customer communications, product management, project deadlines and management reporting
- Partner with ESG stakeholders on requirements and facilitate project Working Groups and share updates
- Develop a solid understanding of external ESG regulations and related disclosure
- Understand the impact of internal ESG programmes and determine associated ESG data needs
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to prioritise, build, test and launch ESG solutions
- Maintain ESG data (start date, end date, resources, costs etc.) and maintain associated programme benefits and detailed tracking
- Maintain and manage ESG Data project plans, milestones, issues, and risks
- Manage related programme materials / content on SharePoint
- Provide ESG data related updates (verbal and written)
- Supporting the Head of Central Operations in preparing internal communications and keeping the entire company informed of what’s happening at TOFS
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- A highly developed understanding of the commercial importance of sustainability and ESG issues to businesses and investors
- Excellent communication skills, in particular experience of report writing and good attention to detail
- Strong numerical ability and data proficiency, including experience of excel or other modelling systems
- Ability to quickly build and manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
- Experience in the quantification of sustainability impacts such as carbon, wider environment, social and economic contribution is desirable
