We have an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to join our pick team.

Sunday - Thursday (17:30-02:00)

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting the Shift Manager to ensure that Health and safety practices are Managed, met and maintained
- Assisting in driving morale and teamwork
- Assisting with investigations (note taking etc)
- Supporting all colleagues to achieve the expected minimum targets - assisting with training etc
- Aiding with shift functions, the role requires a hands on approach
- Work together with the rest of the team management to resolve any issues
- Maintaining site standards to a high specification “Clean as you go”
- Ensuring all deliveries leave the DC with high QA and standards for customer excellence

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)
