**?? Purpose of the Role**

We’re looking for a proactive and organised **Scheduler** to join our **WPS** team in **Finsbury Park**. You’ll play a key role in planning and coordinating works for a multi-skilled team of engineers and supply chain partners—ensuring smooth operations, maximum productivity, and excellent service delivery.

**?? Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage operative diaries to optimise workforce efficiency
- Maintain low work-in-progress levels and meet productivity targets
- Support the production of performance reports and data analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and site teams
- Ensure all planning aligns with health and safety standards

**?? Key Skills & Experience**
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure
- Commercial awareness and understanding of maintenance operations
