Our Agile multidisciplinary teams are using the latest tech, tooling and thinking to transform the way DWP delivers products and services, so they're easier to access and more efficient to run.
We currently have 5 roles in our Data & Analytics (D&A) team. We support DWP's operational, analytical and reporting needs while striving to improve citizen outcomes, data quality and security. We ensure we maintain and transform our services to reduce fraud,error and debt and drive efficiency.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst, including analysing and refining user and stakeholder requirements.
- Experienced in using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand problems, identify improvements and make recommendations.
- Identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- You've worked on changes end to end, from inception to delivery

Pay for this role is up to **£43,193**
Our pension offer is great too - with over 27% pension contributions. For a starting salary of £40,000 that would mean DWP put nearly £11,000 in your pension pot every year.
