**About Us**:
Dreibach LTD is a dynamic and growing e-commerce company with a state of the art 40,000+ sq ft warehouse and a diverse product range of over 500 SKUs. We sell through Amazon, TikTok Shop, and our own online platforms. We're looking for a Stock Controller who can take ownership of our inventory accuracy and replenishment flow, helping us scale with confidence and precision.

The Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, performing regular stock counts and investigations, managing replenishment between racking levels, and working closely with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure optimal stock levels are available for fulfilment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels using Linnworks.
- Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and full audits.
- Coordinate replenishment from high to ground-level bays.
- Monitor low-stock alerts and restocking.
- Liaise with goods-in for correct quantity logging against purchase orders
- Track and report damaged/returned stock.
- Generate stock movement and deadstock reports.
- Assist in full stock takes.
- Support barcode and scanner system use.
- Recommend improvements in stock processes.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in stock control or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with stock management systems (Linnworks preferred).
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
- Physically able to handle stock and perform warehouse duties.
- Forklift license (Desirable but not essential)
- E-commerce warehouse experience (Essential)
- Understanding of racking and replenishment (Essential)
- Experience with PDA and barcode systems (Essential)

Job is based in **NN7 3LB**

Shift: Monday - Friday with **alternating Sundays**
