**Introduction**:
We are looking to hire a **Sourcing Recruiter** to support our growing Engineering, Test & Technology portfolio (ET&T). This is a very unique role in that this part of Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) supports global growth projects, geo-diversification efforts and new program wins. The team recruits in every region of the world and across multiple skills and domains This role is based from our **Bristol **office and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure hiring targets are met
- Partner with GTA lead to drive intake process for new positions and assist with requisition management activities
- Create and foster a deep business relationships with hiring managers and other business leaders
- Responsible for high level of data integrity on all administrative processes
- Collaborate with GTA lead and GTA leadership on sourcing support as needed

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Sourcing
- Experience of talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
- Business relationship building, collaborative approach to building relationships
- Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset
- Understands the value of data to inform decision making

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Business Acumen
- Market Intelligence
- Digital literacy, values technology
- Experience of using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential
