**The Role**

We have a vacancy for a full time Operations Supervisor within our **Bexhill**branch.

To ensure the Health and Safety policy is actively pursued throughout your area of operation

To ensure customers receive the very highest level of service as appropriate to their specific needs, e.g. Trade or Retail or Account, including developing appropriate good working relationships to ensure customers become repeat customers.

To ensure the branch's stock is maintained to the highest standard and in particular ensure we maintain adequate stock levels, especially of day-to-day items.

**The Requirements**
- Builders' merchants experience advantageous
- Supervisory experience and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong team player who works as part of a team and independently
- Forklift truck license preferable although training can be provided

**The Hours**

47 hours per week - between the opening hours of Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17.00 & alternate Saturday mornings 08:00 to 12:00
