**Hours**:15 hrs per week, to include one day a weekend

What it's like to work here:At Stowe, you’ll be part of a small but dedicated team working in the shop, reporting to the Retail Manager. You'll need to have enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about plants, as some outdoor work in our plant shop will be required.

What you'll be doing:Delivering exceptional service to delight our customers, you’ll impart a feeling of love and trust which will ensure an enduring legacy. You’ll use your skills in storytelling to engage our customers in the diverse stories of our places and heritage, bringing to life how our ranges reflect these stories.

As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with an enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about plants, so some outdoor work in our plant shop will be required.
