Schedule:
Monday through Friday - 8:30 - 5:00
- General:

- Staff management, including training, ensuring they have the necessary technical skills
- Planning: maintenance schedules and production targets
- Quality control and ensuring compliance with OH&S policies
- Develop training plans and organising training for staff
- Working along with other departments & management on reports
- Oversees employees' daily performance and coordinates teamwork.Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are completed within quoted and budgeted hrs.
