As a Reception/Back of House we expect you to have a passion for health and wellbeing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe wet room area, enforcing safety rules, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will assist with bath maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records of ice bath and sauna usage.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organisational skills, be proficient in using Google Suite for clerical tasks, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have the ability to perform data entry and administrative duties. Previous sales and customer service experience an asset.

Job Duties Include
- Provide excellent customer service to Revive customers
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about contrast therapy policies and procedures
- Monitor ice bath activities to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules
- Assist with Ice Bath maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Maintain accurate records of Ice Bath and Sauna usage and incidents
- Maintain cleanliness of ice bath and sauna area, reception and changing rooms
- Selling products and memberships to customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using the Internet and booking system for clerical and office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing skills for data entry and administrative tasks
- Organisational skills to maintain records and schedules

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
