Property Broker

Description:
We are seeking motivated Property Agent to join our team for HMO property sourcing in the city of Oxford, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential properties that meet our criteria for lettings and property management and you will negotiate the lease agreements. You will be accountable for adding properties on our portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze local competitive landscape in HMO, suitable for students and professionals
- Souring of houses based on specifications and criteria
- Property Viewings
- Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and agents on commercial lease
- Ensure legal compliance
- Gather relevant information including property details, photographs, neighbourhood data, and market trends.
- Acting as a representative for agents and landlord throughout the rental process, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
- Finalising paperwork and collecting keys
- Ensuing property is handed over to company with full compliance met, Inventory, House Certificates and so on.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Access to transportation for property viewings and inspections.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Compensation:
This position is commission-based, with compensation provided for each successfully sourced property that meets our criteria. Commission rates will be determined based on the value and complexity of the property. The commission value starts from £500 and goes up to £1000 per property.
