About the Role:
Reporting into the Head of Finance Transformation, and working across four key finance teams (payables, income, finance systems, and treasury), you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing current management and financial reports. You will develop newprocesses and new reports that will provide meaningful insight for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Reviewing financial reports, reporting on data quality and making recommendations for improvement
- Develop new reports that provide meaningful insight and analysis for stakeholders
- Business partner with the internal financial team to understand their needs and create data-based solutions and reports accordingly
- Analyse variances on newly developed reports and ensure data is received in a digestible format
- Translating large datasets into digestible and meaningful reports
- Investigate data discrepancies and and interrogate data quality where required
- Interpret financial data to recognise changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
About You:
Very strong excel skills required - advanced excel and the capability to undertake deep data dives and developing new reports from large datasets. As such, an ability to be hands on in the details as well as balancing a more strategic and longer-term improvementplan is vital
You will be naturally inquisitive, and be able to review and analyse current processes with a view to making practical and meaningful improvements.

- Salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
