Warehouse Supervisor

The Feed Warehouse are a family owned and ran company dating back to the early 90's. We supply a huge range of animal feeds, bedding and accessories. We have two stores in County Durham - Consett DH8 7JU & Durham DH7 8HX.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team who can interact in a friendly manner and be prepared to be kept busy througout the working day.

The role will involve the general day to day running of our storage warehouse including duties such as unloading of delivery trucks using our forktrucks, stock picking and loading onto pallets, stock counting and rotation of stock with general retail duties such as stock replenishment, date checking and warehouse cleaning duties.

The role will be based at Consett depot DH8 7JU.
- **You must be physically fit as the role requires constant lifting of bags (up to 25kg) throughout the day.**

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and happy to go the extra mile for both customer and business.
- **The applicant must have previous warehouse knowledge including forklift experience.**

There will be a probationary period of 12 weeks paid at £10.00 per hour, then if this is passed, you would move onto £11.00 per hour.

The is a full time permanent role which will cover Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
