Glasgow, United Kingdom City Facilities Management Full time

The job of the Business Change Administrator is to carry out an in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities of systems, serving as a middleman between the end-users (CBES Field Team) and software developers (City / CBES IT), to ensure that product information is properly disseminated.

They will participate in the system operation and development life cycle, and as such, will be available to carry out instructions as directed by the business. Once the requirements baseline is established, it’s the responsibility of the junior analyst to maintain and verify requirements specifications accordingly.

They will work closely with the organization’s management in order to identify customer needs and establish ways through which those needs can be met for maximum benefit and satisfaction, via systems performance and processes. This becomes especially important when the company seeks new strategies to render better services to clients.

The Business Change Administrator will carefully assess and analyse the business implications involved. As an analyst, they are always on the move - sourcing, documenting, and preparing reports that can be used for improving system performance and services in the organization.

They will also serve as the intermediary between field operations, CBES/City IT, CBES customers, and on occasion, third-party vendors working for the company. As a business expert, the Business Change Administrator makes it a priority to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the business world, as their knowledge of these makes them an authority in their field.
