**Join us at Holly Tree Cottage in Berrow which is a is a 6 bedroom residential specialist service providing support for adults aged 18-35 with Autism.**

**Location**: We have 3 small services in Burnham-on-Sea that you can work at, Apple Tree, Holly Tree and Stafford Lodge.**

**Contract: Flexible shifts, 0hour contract**

**Rate: £9.50phr**

**Your new job**: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.

Your role is to:

- Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
- Planning and engaging in activities such as cooking, day trips out, theatre, going gym and going for walks
- Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
- Prompting and/or supporting personal care
