_**CARBASE - CAR SALES CONSULTANTS NEEDED**:_
- **Salary**:_ _£20,000 with uncapped OTE of c.£39,000_
- **Contract**:_ _Permanent - Full time_
- **Hours**:_ _42.25 a week, worked over 5 days a week: 3 weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday on one fixed shift pattern._
- **Opening Times**:_Mon to Fri - 10:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday -8:30am - 6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm_

**Carbase** is a family-owned business that in the last 20 years has grown into the largest, independent, pre-owned dealership in the South West, with 5 Carbase Stores, Vanbase Bristol, and over 200 staff and up to 3,000 vehicles in stock.

We’re now looking to recruit talented new Sales Consultants for our flagship Bristol Store to help us sell our cars and give our customers the level of care we’re known for.

You must be ambitious and have a strong desire to succeed to be considered for this role.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be responsible for delivering a friendly and stress-free sales experience to our customers
- Guiding them through the sale, their vehicle choice, and our products.
- Converting test drives and walk-ins into purchases
- Achieving personal and store level sales and profit targets, by selling with passion and a drive to earn your commission
- While keeping up to date with the products and services that we offer to sell with confidence
- Working closely with your Business Manager to add value to every deal, and who will be there to support you as you develop to the Carbase Standard

**What we need from you**
- **A full, current and valid UK Driving Licence is essential**:

- A good standard of education e.g. Level 2 qualifications or equivalent, or above (GCSE)
- Excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- **Sales experience desirable but not essential**:

- A hunger for success and a drive for working towards both individual and team sales targets.
