Office based role in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, leading a small team of carers in one of our three business areas.
- Will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care
- Been providing care for 1-2 years.
- Hold a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good administration, literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Registered Manager you will be responsible for rostering care visits, keeping up with changes and dealing with all queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Building excellent relationships with our carers, clients and health professionals whilst ensuring the care team is supported and our clients are delighted with the service they receive.
- Be part of the on-call team on a one in four week rota.
- Delivering care as required and demonstrating leadership from the front.
- Supporting the smooth running of the office to ensure the highest standards are maintained whilst regulatory requirements and company policies are fully followed.
- Building the business through actively seeking new clients - our excellent reputation is a source of new enquiries

**Schedule**:
40 hours per week

Office hours typically 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Flexibility is required to undertake direct support to meet the needs of the business, this may include the need to work shifts, unsocial hours and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
