**About you**:

- Provisional Category B driving licence holder (not essential so long as you meet DVLA requirements to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills, with fluent understanding of English
- Personable yet professional
- Methodical approach to problem solving.

**The Role**:
You will be teamed up with our experienced colleagues to learn how to deliver our waste and recycling collection service from customers across the city. This is a customer facing role and you will get to know their locations and the best times to complete collections. You will have to enter customer offices, hotels, restaurants etc and bring the recycling material out to our collection van. This is a challenging but rewarding role for an active, adaptable person who enjoys being out and about in the city.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent school/college leaver, or someone seeking a return to the workplace / career change to a physically active role. For those who want to progress, we offer longer term development opportunities to staff, such as the chance to work towards an HGV licence and career progression within an evolving organisation.

**Working Hours**:
40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (some weekend overtime shifts also required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
