**Job Title: BMS Supervisor**
**Location: East England**
**Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Company Car**
My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced BMS Supervisor to join there team in East England. As a BMS Supervisor, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) within our facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead a dedicated team in conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS components.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to BMS functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS into overall facility systems.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and implement best practices for enhanced BMS efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training to BMS technicians.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a BMS Supervisor is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems and HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
**Package**:
