**Job Title**: Financial Wellbeing Coach

**Department**: Digital Wellbeing

**Location**: Dodworth, Barnsley

**Reports To**: Digital Experience Manager

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on the planning process.
- Work with clients to understand their financial goals and develop a financial plan to achieve those goals.
- Deliver financial plans to clients, including their goals and aspirations for the future.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Trained in-house by us on processes, repeated throughout the year with relevant updates
- Fully trained in on software we use (Prestwood, Screenpal, Intelligent Office)
- Working within a thriving department based around customer relationships
- Comfortable working with other departments to showcase the work output
- Confident on webinars and video calls
- Actively involved in meetings and in person collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel.

**Desirable**:

- Basic financial knowledge or background
- Knowledge of budgeting and personal finance
