**About the role and our team**

Join our team as an Endoscopy Deputy Team Leader at Noble’s Hospital on the Isle of Man

You will be part of our Endoscopy Unit, which delivers an inpatient and outpatient service for the population of the Isle of Man who require upper and lower gastrointestinal, respiratory or urological treatment. The post holder will require to have experience and special interest in endoscopy pre assessment.

We are expanding our services to operate out of a third procedure room, performing a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures, including Bowel Screening Endoscopy. We currently perform around 4,549 procedures annually, however this is due to increase with the opening our third procedure room.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and guiding the team in the delivery of high standards of care
- Providing guidance in the professional development of the team
- Coordinating the activities of the unit
- Supervising junior staff/students
- Developing management and leadership skills
- Providing effective communication skills between all clinical and administration areas of the unit

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
