In partnership with Think Big, Ideagen are excited to be recruiting for an E-Learning Designer - Apprenticeship to join our QHSE Product team based at our HQ in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire.

The Apprentice E-Learning Designer will report to the E-learning and Content Manager and will learn how to become responsible for the specification, design and scripting of new Q-Pulse WorkRite courses, as well as the maintenance and updating of existing Q-Pulse WorkRite courses.

**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Learning and understanding the end-to-end learning design process for Q-Pulse WorkRite courses
- Assist with the administration and task coordination of active projects
- Co-create and maintain interactive and engaging courses using the WorkRite CourseBuilder tool
- Peer-review illustrations and animations for suitability and accuracy purposes
- Peer-review illustrations and animations for quality assurance purposes
