**Job Overview**
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting staff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant bar and restaurant environment. Applicants must have at least 1yrs previous experience either in bar or waiting, be aged over 17yrs old, be able to work weekends and late nights and be able to get home safely at night.

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every customer experience is enjoyable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have. A passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of culinary offerings are essential for success in this role.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive prompt attention.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables and customers efficiently.
- A passion for hospitality and an eagerness to learn about menu offerings.
- Experience in guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Pay: £7.80-£11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
