Do you enjoy working with young people aged 11 - 18? Have you considered working in Secondary Schools as a Cover Supervisor?

We are working with a range of Secondary Schools based in West London who are looking for confident, professional, and dedicated individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in their schools, providing short-term and daily cover for teachers.

**The role of a cover supervisor is to work in secondary schools,** covering classes and ensuring students are working on tasks whilst teachers are absent or engaged in other activities and meetings. This is a key role within secondary schools, and almost every secondary school will engage Cover Supervisors to support their staff.

This is a great opportunity to work on a flexible basis and gain experience within secondary schools.

Cover Supervisors are required for the full school day—8.30 am to 3.45 pm (approx.).

**Flexible work options** Most Cover Supervisors begin work on a short-term/supply basis. This is ideal if you just want to work a few days in local schools or want to build experience within the secondary school sector. For more experienced Cover Supervisors, we have full-time contracts available.

**Who we are looking for** We are seeking Subject graduates—ideally in **English, Maths, Science, Geography, or PE**—who are interested in working with young people in secondary schools.

You do not need any formal teaching qualifications to be a Cover Supervisor, but we do require you to have had some experience working with 11-18-year-olds.

- Sports coaches for 11-18 yrs
- People who have experience supporting young offenders

Most importantly, you need a confident, positive, and professional approach to working with young people.
