Operations Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual interested in working within our fast-paced office environment.
Previous experience of working on CRM systems and with engineers or involvement in trade-based organisation would be highly desirable; a willingness to learn is crucial.
**Main responsibilities/Duties**:
Supporting the Operations Manager to include;
- Booking in and prioritising engineers workloads/diary’s
- Liaising with engineers on a daily basis - giving instructions to them on next jobs, chasing up on completed job sheets, organising parking etc.
- Raising and following up customer quotes
- Producing invoices based on work complete by the engineers and sending them to customers
- Assisting with administrative tasks as requested by the Operations Manager
**Skills and Experience**:
- Have good knowledge of excel
- Excellent numerical, computer and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload whilst maintaining deadlines is incredibly important
- A strong focus on customer services
- Pro-activity and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels of people with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of working on CRM Systems would be beneficial but not essential

**Salary**: £20,000 to £24,000.00 /year depending on experience.
