**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handling new enquiries, taking instruction from prospective clients and running residential conveyancing files from start to finish;
- Running your own caseload of matters independently but also working as part of a larger team;
- Liaising with clients, providing updates and requesting required documentation, always ensuring that you maintain the highest level of client care at all times;
- Liaising with third party intermediaries; and
- Attending networking and business development events when necessary.

**The Person**

Ideally you will;
- Have experience of running your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and a sound technical knowledge in this field of law;
- A client following would be of interest but is not essential;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, valuing the importance of client care at all times;
- Strong IT skills and confident at using Microsoft office packages and case management systems and
- Excellent legal research skills.
