Quality Auditor

_We are currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor to join our Technical Team._
- Completion of audits and tasks to ensure Food Safety, Quality, Legality and Integrity is maintained at all time. _

**The Role**
- Completion of GMP audits
- Auditing of in process paperwork
- Management of non-conforming products in line with relevant procedures
- Liaise closely with Line Leaders, Area Managers and Shift Managers to ensure products are within factory specifications
- Monitor product quality and ensure all products are correctly assembled.
- Microbiological swabbing and sampling as per set schedule
- Allergen / Protein / DNA swabbing and sampling as per schedule
- Raising and communicating process / product non-conformances including management of ON HOLD list
- Management of concessions (approval and rejection of concessions)

**Shift: 15:00 - 00:00 Monday-Friday**
