- Working within the CRM Marketing team you will help to develop, execute and report on direct marketing campaigns using our state-of-the-art marketing automation software
- Complete and check campaign briefs to enable any design, artwork production, print / mailing and/or product requirements to be actioned by relevant departments. This will also include the distribution and collation of proofs and amends working within campaign deadlines
- Co-ordinate and implement direct marketing activity in accordance with the agreed marketing plan
- Responsible for ensuring that marketing schedules are updated with direct marketing activities and key milestones are being met
- Manage communication of key plans on a regular basis with stakeholders such as Store Operations, Marketing, Commercial Planning, Web Merchandising
- Assist with the analysis of campaigns including presenting your findings to an agreed format
- Liaise with key contributors and stakeholders to ensure there is consistent communication of campaign activity
- Escalate to Line Manager any potential issues or problems that may affect the delivery of campaigns
