**what you need to apply**:

- recent experience working with children and families.
- level 2/3 NVQ in health and social care.
- a driving licence, with access to own vehicle.
- a passion to help families who are vulnerable and require additional support.
- an enhanced DBS, on the update service.

Pay: £12.18-£13.46 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
