I am currently recruiting for a world class manufacturing business that have been operating for over 40 years and is one of the fastest growing and most respected companies in their industry. They are actively looking to recruit a Maintenance Planner to join the team. The purpose of this role is to maximise operating efficiencies by coordinating and planning the internal maintenance resources.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Reviewing all maintenance requests and updating daily work schedules on SAP.
- Assigning work requests and materials accordingly.
- Creating work orders and imputing them into SAP (PPM and Corrective Maintenance).
- Ensuring BOM’s are up do date and accurate.
- Liaising with Production regarding daily maintenance activities.
- Identifying any reoccurring maintenance problems.
- Maintaining the KPI’s for the maintenance department.
- Managing the maintenance budget and reporting back to management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Must have an in depth knowledge of SAP
- Planning and scheduling experience is essential
- Qualified in an Engineering discipline or relevant industry experience
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles

Benefits Package:

- £30,000 - £35,000
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays
