**Job Summary**

Swift-Cut Automation Ltd is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team. The Logistics Coordinator will report directly to the Procurement Manager and will be responsible for ensuring finished product is booked out and despatched in an efficient and timely manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Queens Award winning company.

**Job description**
- Customer focused in obtaining quotations from existing and potential new transport suppliers
- Efficient dispatch of capital equipment from our distribution centre in line with production schedule
- Obtaining quotation and benchmarking existing quotations from Purchasing regards inbound logistics
- Following company procedure regarding documentation and process (Delivery notes, CMR’s, Commercial invoices etc.)
- Updating internal database on dispatch
- Liaising with Accounts, Purchasing, Production and Sales

**The Successful Applicant**
- Will have a background in international transport
- Computer literate, Sage an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage own time and to use your initiative
- Team player

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
