Because of this we are seeking someone with at least 3 years landscaping experience (on top of labouring) who has knowledge when it comes to setting up sites, understanding of all aspects of landscaping, thinking outside the box and who can problem solve.

Being able to use, competently, a digger and dumper is a must.

We are seeking someone who can take on the projects, run them efficiently, problem solve where necessary and complete tasks to a high standard ready for sign off.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
Site preparation and management

Staff management on site

Installation of a wide range of landscaping projects

Understanding of designs and drawings

Completing projects on time and to budget

Maintain a high level of workmanship and professionalism on sites.

Understanding basic building regulations

Uphold staff training to ensure labourers continue their progression and ultimately take on more tasks / responsibilities.

Ensuring tools and machines are kept in working order, liaising with our yard service tech as and when machines require fixing.

Liaising with myself to ensure a steady flow of materials keeps projects on track.
